The Hotel Division of Courtland-Dane is devoted to
the management of resort oriented, limited service hotels, both flagged
(e.g., Best Western, Choice, Intercontinental Hotels Group brands) and
independents. Services
 offered by the hotel division include complete
operations management with accounting and reporting, as well as
professional on-site marketing supervision and sales support. |

capacity regarding asset valuation and

position for private investors, institutions

and lodging properties and a variety of
other income producing entities in the face
of pending litigation, foreclosure or
